Manager existing PPC Campaign

We are a small growing digital agency who has an ongoing part time (5-10 hours per week) opening for someone to administer its paid search campaigns. We can be flexible in what day/hours are worked but need them to be consistent. We believe this is a nice 2nd assignment for someone already in search and that the work is clear and straightforward as our current employee worked with us for 2+ years and just got promoted. Our clients tend to be smaller/regional companies -- so we use a lot of timing and geo-targeting, so for familiarity sake, must have someone who physically resides in North America. The role is responsible for administering and managing all Pay Per Click strategies for clients. The selected individual will need to quickly understand and support initiatives that will contribute to the goals and success of client campaigns. Key Functional Areas of Responsibility Perform daily account management of pay per click accounts on Google AdWords, Bing and other search platforms for clients. Bring insightful new SEM ideas he/she wants to try to the table, regularly. Assist in the maintenance and monitoring of keyword bids, daily and monthly budget caps, impression share, quality score and other important account metrics. Manage and maintain updates for large keyword lists. Many of our clients have service products requiring in office visits for fulfillment. Therefore, the selected individual must bring strategies to the table to drive “CLICKS to BRICKS”. Provide recommendations and execute strategies for keyword opportunities, campaign structuring, targeting, and other facets of paid search in accordance with client goals. Support the generation of new paid search campaigns, ad groups, and accounts and aid in the creation of new paid search marketing initiatives. Monitor and administer web analytics dashboards, reports and key reporting tools, and point out key areas of importance in accordance client goals. Provide creative copy suggestions and launch ad copy tests. Monitor and evaluate search results and search performance across the major search channels. Communication to team and management on project development, timelines, and results. Work closely with the other team members to meet client goals. Professional Qualifications 4-7 Years of Experience in Search Engine Marketing Experience with website analysis using a variety of analytics tools including Google Analytics as well as internal reporting tools. Extensive experience working with popular PPC ad platforms (AdWords, Yahoo, Bing). Keeps pace with search engine and PPC industry trends and developments. AdWords / Bing certification strongly preferred.
