Help me with Internet Marketing --

We have recently finished developing an online application to improve students writing skills and prepare them for IELTS exam. So we dont have any user. Our facebook page has 0 like and 0 fans. This would be the initial internet marketing attempt. We have developed a promotional video clip. You can download it with the following link [login to view URL] Our plan is to create a Facebook marketing campaign and promote the video clip through it. and over the time tune the campaigns. We also have an idea to give 10% discount coupons on out Facebook advertisements. However we are not whether that's the most effective way of advertising. as we don't have any like a the moment and it would have bad effects on the first visitors. or how cost effective Facebook advertisements is. We are looking for someone with solid internet marketing experience that can help us do the initial online marketing. Please briefly mention your marketing plan and mention the service fees involved.
