The Car Dealers could advertise 'Free E-Book to every car buyer'. On purchase of my E-Book, Dealer pays once-off payment of $200 USD. The Freelancer can negotiate a price with the Dealers but not lower than $100 USD. The Freelancer to receive 20% as commission for every sale. I can pay the Freelancer only after I have some sales.
