Build me an Email Server with Digital Ocean

Hi, I will set up and create email marketing campaign with implementation of spf,dkim,ip rotation,etc. Email server security:- SMTP authentication Enable SURBL Maintain local IP blacklists Encrypt POP3 and IMAP authentication SPF/DKIM installation RDNS creation Open Relay Disable Exim mail server security tweaks Will implement as below mailing techniques:- 1. Ip rotation -> Prevent blacklisting 2. DMARC enabled-> For mailing server security 3. Spf ,domain keys enabled-> Increase inbox delivery 4. Reverse dns enabled -> Increase inbox delivery 5. If you need only an email server at the digital ocean I can do this for you very easily I have my own VPS running at the digital ocean. I will do that with Plesk professional 30day trial license with POP /IMAP /SMTP and webmail services fully configured all with all DNS records.
