The project consist of creating a Request for Quote Database using Microsoft Access and Microsoft Word Form. The Access db data should merge into the Microsoft Word form. TABLE FOR REQUEST FOR QUOTES The Request for Quote Table data should merge into the Microsoft Word form (A form will be submitted for your review) TABLE FOR MANUFACTUERS data: Manufacturer Name Cage Code Address City State Zip Phone Fax (sample data to be provided in Microsoft Excel TABLE FOR DISTIRBUTORS data: Company Address City State Zip phone fax Email Website Contact (sample data to be provided in Microsoft Excel REPORT FOR A LIST OF MANUFACTUERS REPORT FOR AUTHORIZED DISTRIBUTORS BY MANUFACTUERS I would like to place the Manufacturers logo on each form with company details ( name address etc.., SPECIAL NOTE: 1) I WOULD LIKE THE ABILITY TO EMAIL THE FORM FROM MSACCESS IF AN EMAIL ADDRESS IS PRESENT IF NOT THE FORM WILL PRINT 2) THE FORM SHOULD BE ABLE TO SELECT MULTIPLE AUTHORIZED DISTRIBUTORS FOR A MNUFACTUER 3) SHOULD BE ABLE TO SELECT SEVERLA AUTHORIZED DISTRIBUTORS
