500 quality backlinks from PR4+ Sites

I need 500 PR4+ PERMANENT backlinks on sites, related to health and beauty. ALL of these 500 PERMANENT links should be placed on site's MAIN PAGE PR4+ and NOT in any subdomain or subpage. All links must be PERMANENT AND INDEXED guaranteed !! (should be do follow).
