Link Building (July12DR)

I need permanent one-way links from PR3+ sites built within 20 days. The links should not be from gambling or porn sites, and need to include the anchor text that I provide. No javscript, no-follow, temporary, or other worthless links. Post your pricing, and include any price tiers for different quantities. I'm not interested in other packages, just the links. If you have other types of link offerings, you can include those, but you must include the price for permanent, PR3+, one-way links with anchor text of my choice. I require a report at the end of the project with url and pagerank for each link, and they will all be verified. If any are missing within five days of the end of the project, they will need to be replace. I will pay after all links are in place, and have been in place for 5 days.
