HELP PROJECT : LEVENSKRACHTLIJN On bullying and mental help.

First sorry for the Freelancers who as reacted on our project before. A lot things went wrong like paying Freelancer. This took much time not knowing is was going to work. Freelancer did a good job to find an solution, so here our project back. Please send you roffer again, with an answer on all points not a general or standard formula. We are looking for someone to develop a SEO/SEM and I- marketing campaign for our "First Aid Mental Help Line" on Bullying and mental help. Project starts with a low private budget. The used language is Dutch (not German) - Nederlands. We can works together concerning the language and the right keywords in Dutch, etc. Our website was build by an American and Hungarian website specialist. So you can get a direct market to Belgium and Holland with it - where the costs for this work are very high - so you get good concurrence with them. We look for fixed prices not by the hour. As a social project the help thousands of people we looking for a good price because our budget is by start limited because it as to come from my pension money. We could not find a sponsor or partner after contacted more than 300 companies, unions, health-insurances, web shops, web-casinos, Lion Clubs, institutes, organizations, etc.. in Belgium and the Netherlands - a shame because we can help so many peoples. We can pay maximum to 150 dollar a month for several months By good results we go shore for longer time. Because we know it is a permanent work to stay on a good position.
