Experienced link builder to get 500 PR5 - PR10 backlinks

We are looking for a very experienced link builder to get 500 PR4 - PR10 backlinks to our website. 2 keywords: 250 each for the same URL. The job should be done in 30 days or more. - We only want PR4 + links from actual pages, not from inner pages of high PR domain, one-way backlinks. + Links do not have to be in my same niche but it would be nice. + Specific keywords and corresponding URL will be provided. + Reference. Show the past link building work you've completed. It will be held in confidence. You can't place 2+ links on the same domain. + Linking page must already be indexed in Google, Bing and Yahoo. + Link page must already be indexed and cached by Google, msn and yahoo within last 30 days. + Link page must be search engine friendly (no redirects, cloaking, etc.) + Page should not be excluded by [login to view URL] + No links from "under construction" pages. + No sites that will ask for money later. + No contextual ads sites, popups, intrusive advertising, etc. NO SPAMMING + No blog comment spamming + No ping sites + No links within newsgroups + All links must be One way non-reciprocal links. + If possible, links will be from relevant websites. + Links must be permanent, active, never expiring. + Links must be in text, no graphics. + Only white hat techniques! + No links from: torrent sites, file sharing forums, guestbooks, classifieds, dynamic links, link farms, link-exchange programs, directories, articles submission, Free For All websites (FFA), hacker, pharmacy, illegal, gambling, pornographic, black hat sites, article directories, forums, spam sites, web rings, newsgroups, rented links, scraped content sites, mirror sites, orphaned link pages, link schemes, sponsored links, intrusive advertising, etc. + No profile links, NO ANGELA AND PAUL LINKS ===========VERY IMPORTANT================= + No use of blackhat software. You must build links manually (Like 10-20 a Day) and spread them over at minimum of 30 days and it can be more. + Staggered deployment of the links is required over 30 days to avoid any penalties. + I reserve the right to cancel any link if not found suitable. + Please note: Whitehat is crucial and required. Blackhat or Grey hat methods will not be accepted nor paid for. Payment will be made after I have received the spreadsheet and verified each link.
