Help me with Marketing

We need someone who is skilled in digital marketing, specifically with Twitter and Facebook to schedule promotional posts. You need to be able to review previous posts and adopt a style that is consistent with our brand image. We expect posts to have high engagement rates, so you need to be equipped to use relevant hash tags. Approximately 1/3 of twitter posts for each idea will be targeted to the ideas individual target market, so you need to identify influential twitter handles within that market, people who are likely to re-tweet/re-post and people who may be able to leverage an idea. You need to be able to do the above within a set time frame and so focus and a good level of English language is essential.
