Need someone to send 200,000 emails (90%+ Inboxing!) - Repost - open to bidding

The BID you offer is the total price for 200,000 emails ( 2 0 0 , 0 0 0 ) Prior expiriance is a MUST. You must be able to achieve at least 85-90% Inboxing! Which means 85-90% MUST hit the inbox and not the junk/spams folders !! You will be givven the email list (200,000) and designed email! Your servers should not already be marked as spammer! (MUST!) We need someone with expiriance in the bulk email sending with good spam filters! We have the email database seeded with our addressess. so we will be monitoring the delivery proccess! If you do your job perfect we will give you more work! Only bid if you have a previous possitive feedback on a bulk email sending task! Freelancer must be experienced and be able to use Non Blacklisted IP's and Servers... and provision for changing IP if it is blacklisted. E-mails should reach to all customers within 24 hours after sending the e-mail. Click, open, other report to be supplied! Again please note following before bidding. * You need to be white-listed. Your account/ISP etc. can not be considered a spammer. * Emails MUST go immediately to the inbox and NOT to the junk or spam folders or in que. * You should be able to send these on a given date and time. * You should be able to provide reports, including opened, read, bounced, click-through's, etc.
