retirement house build

My wife and I are wanting to retire soon and are having trouble figuring out what house to build on lot in sicamous b.c. canada. looking for designer with vision that may have program to throw this sketch together so we could do virtual tour of plan. We need to know what it would cost to do this as we may want to go through a few different plan designs. We have some sketches of what we think would be roughly what we want but could use some fresh ideas . We like the timberframe look but don't really want to spend a lot so a hybrid or post and beam might be option. Or just a framed house with the right feel. Loft and a room upstairs over the kitchen and looking out to south yard i is the main idea. The lot is 106 ft wide and existing house sits in middle where new one should be. The drive up side of house is the north side in my sketch and has a large great room window over entrance . This is to let light in loft and have a view of north mountains . The south side of house also has large windows to look over yard and river in distance. the sketch also is trying to show tall window along dining room and great room for maximum exposure to yard.
