Good day. I have been working as a virtual assistant for a year now handling admin and phone support in a dental office. One of my tasks is to check the eligibility and benefits of our patients. I am knowledgeable in using online applications like google docs and open dental.I'm a fast learner and willing to undergo training that would help me to get a better understanding of what I needed to do. I also used to work as a call centre representative for 3 years handling the same account. I am very attentive when it comes to the details and very familiar when it comes to phone etiquette.
