I would like to hire an Illustrator

T-SHIRT DESIGNS I make t-shirts with designs for gun shops.(silk screened) The designs are all gun related. NOT hunting related. some of my current designs support the 2nd amendment of the constitution of the united states, some support our soldiers, fallen soldiers, anti ISIS, and so forth. the designs are 1 to 5 colors. after approval you must deliver color separations. 1 sheet for each color. 5 separate sheets for a 5 color design. I will print them out on clear paper to make the silk screens. I need about 16 more designs to start. 80 more over the next 6 months. each design must be very creative and NOT a cartoon but rather a realistic like in design. I ask the you start with a quick pencil sketch to make sure we are on the same page. next a full color detailed design in 3 to 5 colors, I will contact you with any corrections. once the color design is finished I will need the color separations. I would like you to do your art/color separations in Adobe Illustrator. that is best for me to make the printouts of separations. I can send you a designs so you can get an idea of the kind of work that i like. Each shirt that i sell comes with a string tag that is attached to the arm of the shirt. It will have your picture on it and a short story about your life as an artist. It may have a way to contact you for future work from the person who bought the shirt.(optional by you) Payment for your work is $35 to $100 dollars per design as a new freelancer. as we work together for a period of time your pay will increase up to $50 to $250 dollars per design depending on its complexity.
