vector graphic / artwork

I need several photos (manually, not automatically) re-drawn as vector illustrations for a website. ** This project overs only the FIRST of approximately 7-10 illustrations that will be needed. If it goes well, we may also be able to finish the other ones together. ** The original photo shows a lab scene ([login to view URL]). Only the two devices in the foreground, the table, the vessel, the tablet control, and the lab woman are needed. In the illustration, the woman should smile into the camera (!!) and not at the vessel. The lab in the "background" should be excluded from the illustration. Important: you MUST be able to adopt to a certain illustration style. The resulting artwork should be abstract, kind of a "serious comic book style". Please see the attached example images (style***.jpg) for the style that we need. Simplifications can (and should) be made, compared to the detailed original image. For example, the vessel could be less detailed, and the liquid could be solid instead of semi-transparent), shadows can be removed, and the lab coat can show less wrinkles. The colors chosen should be strong, friendly, and positive. Again, we need an "artist" here who will really create the illustration manually, and not use an image converter to deliver an exact 1:1 vector version of the original photo. The illustration must be made and delivered as an infinitely scalable vector artwork (e.g. SVG or Adobe Illustrator file format). PLEASE PROVIDE SAMPLES OF YOUR WORK IN ADVANCE.
