Poster Illustration

I am looking for an experienced illustrator that can design a concert poster. This will likely require conventional illustration techniques, but I am open to digital media if you are able to create something that looks natural and organic. The style is to be reminiscent of the psychedelic pop art posters of the 60's in terms of the integrated typography and design elements, but it will have a more contemporary feeling. Apart from the typography and framing design there will be approximately 6 band members that will be illustrated and likeness to the source images will be critical. Payment will be based on three milestones which will serve as opt-out options for us should we reach the conclusion that the pairing is not going to work. Please define milestones for the initial round of sketches, the first draft and the final rendering. We will have exclusive and unrestricted rights for the usage of the illustrated work. Please include examples of your illustrated work (as closely related to this project scope of work as possible). Thank you.
