We are a software company from the U.S. (since 1996) looking for a talented individual (or agency) with a primary focus on creating beautiful and modern UI designs!
About This Project:

We are converting our web application to a new front-end framework using TailwindCSS. Our goal is to create a modern looking UI with a 100% responsive, pixel-perfect application that we can port over to our iOS/Android app (separate project).
This app is already in production which means all of the options you will need to include and organize already exist for you to see in a live working environment. You will not have to waste time asking about which options are needed or not. Your main focus will be to design something BEAUTIFUL!

The biggest challenge we face (from a UI perspective) is consolidating all of this detailed information into an easy-to-read format. Many of our reports use tables with multi-line content (which looks fine when printed or viewed on a computer browser), but do not translate as well on mobile devices. Instead of forcing the mobile user to scroll left/right to see all of the columns, the text fields and other elements should wrap down on smaller devices, so the user only has to scroll up/down.
The end result must be that it can function as a regular website admin portal from a computer browser, and the UI must be 100% responsive to give it that “mobile app” feel when viewing from a mobile web browser.
What we are looking for:

This job will only focus on the website (Admin Dashboard) using TailwindCSS, TailwindUI libraries, Midone “Rubick” theme, and Svelte. There are approximately 36 pages to be completed, 16 of which are button-style tabs and pagination that we use to display additional options to the user. So it’s basically 20 pages to design and 16 inner pages for tabs and pagination. In addition, some pages will require filtering options to sort data.
On some pages, we will ask you to keep things close to the original layout, and on other pages, we want you to be creative and come up with your own ideas.
Required Skillset:
HTML / CSS / JavaScript / Photoshop
Bonus Skillset:
Svelte, Vue.js, PHP, xHarbour
Project Time: 60 Days
The scope of work will include (but not limited to) features such as:
- Drag & Drop Dashboard Widgets
- Global Search Tool
- User Profiles
- Notifications & Chat page + widget
- "Print-Ready" Reports (Grid / Flex)
- Charts & Graphs
I have a full-stack developer who will take care of Svelte and all API communications on the back-end. You will coordinate with him regarding any “technical” questions. In addition, I will coordinate with you regarding all “UI” and “design” concepts.
To be considered for this job, all candidates must have a proven history of EXCELLENT visual design skills. In addition, you must have at least 1 Tailwind project in your portfolio (which you “designed” yourself) that you can submit for our review.
Do not send WordPress, Bootstrap, or other projects - only Tailwind.
The first Draft review is due within 10 days of the agreed-upon start date. Within 10 days, you should have at least 3-5 pages designed to our satisfaction. If the work is not satisfactory, we will terminate the job and award it to someone else. Unfortunately, we are under a tight schedule to complete this ASAP and cannot afford to lose time right now.
After this project is completed, we have several other products that also need the front-end framework updated. Ideally, we would love to find a trustworthy and talented member to add to our team (full-time) as our leading visual designer.
