I need an online invoicing system done to digitize my invoices at three sales outlets. My requirement is to create an invoicing portal that can be accessed at [login to view URL] and accessed with a login page. When logged in my sales staff should be able to select if it is a Cash Invoice or Tax Invoice. There should be a database for all the items(this can be pulled from our website [login to view URL]) and an easy UI to add the item into the invoice with serial number , price override and discount for the particular item. Then add customer details. The invoice layout will change between Cash Invoice and TAX Invoice because the price breakdown for TAX invoice should be displayed. Once this is done, a preview of the invoice should be displayed on the screen and then created. Once created, a copy of the invoice should be saved to google drive based on the sales out and the same copy will be printed.
Finally, all sales data should be exported to a google spreadsheet and I should be able to sort these sales reports as daily, monthly, quarterly basis. Please look into the PDF document for further details.
I should also be able to manage my inventory at each sales outlet using google spreadsheets or similar.
The page should have a nice and intuitive UI similar to our website and also our sales staff should be able to create an invoice with very little effort.
Our website is an E-Commerce store created using WooCommerce. Therefore, you may use data and functionalities from the existing website to create this invoicing system.
