I'm looking for someone who has experience converting video files to flash and HTML5 with a transparent background for the purpose of "floating" over a website. I anticipate having many of this videos that will need to be converted. Sites using this technology: model2web websitetalkingheads liveactor I've uploaded a video file which is an example of one that will need to be converted.
