Upgrade my website to have features like https://www.clutter.com.

I have a website that is functioning with woocommerce, woocommerce suscription plugin. I need my website to be upgraded to have features like on https://www.clutter.com. I have a few customers (subscribers). Also I want a new simple flat and interactive design. It should still run on woocommerce and the woocommerce subscribe plugin I use now. More details: 1. Customer choses an area/zipcode (I should be able to define this) and the system gives him/her prices for different packages right away which he can purchase (powered by woocommerce). There is a "pick your price" system, this should still be there, as sometimes we give special/custom offer, and that should be no problem ordering through the site. 2. By choosing and paying for a package, there should be made a subscription account for the customer automatically. This setup should be very simple and easy. 3. When the customer pays, he/she should get a notification by e-mail and sms, that their account is set up and they should now make a reservation. 4. After payment the customer automatically gets a profile on the website. 5. Under the profile the customer schedules delivery of different packaging meterials with different prices which admin regulates. The price is charged on the customers card, which is by default saved in their account. This should be one-click-buy. 6. The customer has the chance to borrow/rent moving boxes and pays a deposit through the site which is charged on his credit card. This should be one-click-buy, which also is charged on the customers card. 8. Under the profile the customer schedules the moving [login to view URL] leads us to next point which is an important one. 9. Schedule should be integrated with google calendar, and the admin should be able to regulate this as well and set capasity for each day, meaning he should set how many movings for one day/date can be done. 10. While scheduling for the moving to the storage, the customer should take pictures of each item from 4 different angles and upload it on a catalogue on his/her profile which can be accessed by the admin as well. Every item gets a name and a number. I have uploaded a an example of how the catalogue could look like. 11. Customer should be able to schedule a retrive of one or many items through the catalogue in their profile. Every retrive has a price which is charged on the customers card, which is saved in his profile. Again "one-click-buy". 12. Every step should have notification sent to the customer and admin, and should be sent by e-mail and sms. Sms integrates with twilio.com. 13. After finishing of each delivery, customer should be notified (by email and sms) to give a review with stars for different creteria and a comment for the driver/servicepersonal.
