Update existing Webcode for new website

hello We are in Prelaunch for a new crowdfunding site and need some changes made to the site [login to view URL] need to be able to control the amount of money we make on each campaign that is run on our site, say for example we wanted to earn 5 cent on every dollar, we need an admin side function to change this figure over time as the needs of maintaining the site change you can see our site at : [login to view URL] 2. when we added analytic's on the site through the admin, they do not appear to stay on the sites code, the insert window looks as though nothing has been placed there... we need to have this corrected. 3. there are limited social media options on the sites original code... we need more social media options to be added. 4. we want to ad the option for people to review and comment on the campaigns on the site. 5. We want to allow the admin to offer the option to allow users to restart or extend campaigns that need more time 6. we would like the option to block negative words or phrase from being used on the site. we are on a tight budget so the let us know your hourly rate.
