I require a professional, engaging infographic.

I have attached the current infographic that I have. It is very basic and does not look professional at all. I would like a new version of this made up with the exact same content however it needs to look very professional and it needs to be very engaging for the reader. The information needs to be easy to digest, however you decide to do it. Please do not base the visual on the current infographic at all. That version was only temporary. It must be very visual with lots of images, whether illustrated or photographs....I don't mind, as long as there's lots going on to make it engaging however it shouldn't look cluttered and messy. Not childish (i.e. cartoons), it must look classy, modern, innovative and well-made. This will be one of the first points of contact with the end user so it needs to make a good impression. The idea is to be perceived as experts on the subject, which we are. The website is called The Training Buddy so it must be branded and stylish like us. We like professional imagery and we are experts with a witty sense of humour. I require it in both a .pdf format as well as an editable photoshop file (.psd). Please get in touch with your portfolio or examples or similar projects so I can get an idea of your capabilities. There will be a lot more similar jobs for the designer should it turn out well.
