I have understood that you need elibrary which is perfectly fine but please elaborate which type of content this elibrary will hold i.e. pdf's, doc's or anything else? You have mentioned that we need to parse legally and automatically access resource databases. This can certainly be done but please elaborate which resources are being mentioned here. To access any such resource legally either there should be API's, Newsfeeds etc. Registration of students, approval from librarian, student login etc. are all perfectly fine. The application (e library) will have 3 user level access. 1. Admin (Owner of the library) 2. Librarian 3. the students. Every one of these will have the authorities to some extinct. The student can access the library and books, search and apply filters and search journals. we believe that the complete data will be uploaded to the website by librarian or the admin.
