Modify our wordpress booking system

We need someone to help us modify our wordpress cottage booking system as it is not working right. The website is [login to view URL] There is a Book Cottage page, We need so the "check availability" button gets changed to check prices and go through to a new page we can edit for the prices. (Please see attached for the pricing image that needs to be replicated on the new page and for us to be able to edit it. We need the calender on the book cottage page to show available and taken dates that we can edit. At the moment when you click check availability button it opens a calender. this was a mistake by a previous developer. It needs to open a new page called Prices and there we can put in dates along with the prices next to it. Attached is the kind of thing we want replicated on the page. 1) We want a new page created called Prices. It will be linked from the [login to view URL] page via the Button that currently says "Check Availability", That will need to say check prices instead. 2) On the Book Cottage page Under general information you'll see Arrival Date and Departure Date, If you click on the dates below a calender will appear. We want it so that we can show green for available dates that they can select and red for taken dates that they can't select. We want to be able to edit available and taken dates from the admin side. You may be able to do this already in the calender settings that are there. It's a very simple job and shouldn't take more than a hour.
