Imaginative and Creative Graphic Designer

We are currently looking for a creative and energetic Graphic designer to work with us on our web projects and also for some other design services. We are a medium sized web development studio based in Queensland Australia, with a wide range of clients demanding strong creative solutions with effective results. You will be self-motivated and able to deliver quickly and confidently. You will demonstrate consistent creative execution across a range of mediums with attention to detail. You will strive for perfection on all projects regardless of size. You must be able to follow creative direction, develop ideas, work on multiple projects, meet tight deadlines and have a passion for learning. Essential Skills and Requirements:- • Minimum 3 years' experience as finished artist in creative / advertising agency environment • Experience working across various disciplines including digital, print, display and signage design • Meticulous attention to detail and able to spot and correct errors • Excellent time management, highly organized and able to prioritise, coordinate and ensure deadlines are met. • Be highly autonomous whilst at the same time be able to contribute and communicate with other team members. • Be able to communicate through email, skype and telephone with clients regarding projects. • Have deep knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite. • Must understand the principals of designing responsive websites. • Some HTML/CSS/Jquery experience is desirable. All applicants must be able to provide a working portfolio of print, logo, and web design work. Full mastery of the English language is essential and work must be of the highest quality, this is not a beginner role, and all work must be original. Initially this will be for a couple of test projects, with look to becoming a permanent member of our team to the right candidate.
