Illustrate Childlike Pop Culture Characters

I am looking for someone to illustrate a set of 10 pieces of nursery artwork, that are essentially each a cartoon illustration of a different pop-culture icon, as a child. I have attached images of the illustration style I am looking for, something that would look like it had come straight from the pages of a children's book. A mix of a hand drawn/painted feel with digital finish would be ideal. I would of course own full copyright on the finished work. Graphic design skills would be a bonus, as future work will be a mixture of illustration and graphic design. The successful freelancer would be the leading candidate for my future projects as I require to have a similar look, feel, and style across our product range.
