Design an App Mockup for a Charity Organisation

I need someone to design a mobile application for iOS and Android. This should include iPhone, iPad, Android phone and Android tablet. The logo for the app is attached. The colour preferences should be taken from [login to view URL] The app will have a calculator that can calculate how much charity a person should give. This calculator will contain the following fields: - Title of input field(s) - Input field(s) - Help text to assist the user in understanding the input field(s) - Summary Section for each input field(s) - NB: There will be approximately 10 input fields on this page so the page will need to scroll and your example should only show as many as you feel should fit on a screen. The app will have a number of other pages but we just need you to design the calculator page and a mockup of the homepage. Pages will be: - Current Campaign (this is the current campaign to collect charity for a cause) - Donation 1 (A type of donation related to food) - Donation 2 (A donation based on a person\'s wealth) (the calculator will be here) - Donation 3 (Donating a whole lamb / sheep ) - Expiation - Voluntary (A voluntary donation) - About Us - FAQ I have attached an example of a starting/home page that we like but would very much like for you to present any other alternative that you feel would be more suited. We will definitely have the *banner* as is shown in the example-mockup. This Project is for you to provide 3! (THREE) quick, low resolution mockups of the home screen and calculator screen based on the above information. Please also mention in your comment what you would charge to design the entire app, should we find one of the three mock-ups suitable. The Logo colours we are hoping for are Black (060c2a) and gold (be9c5c). If we can have a clean look so if we need to minimise the black and gold colours and introduce (for example deep blue colours for fresh looks) we are open to that if need be. Thanks.
