Design an Android App (customized)

Please review the APP project and make comments. The APP should have exactly this behavior after it's done. The project consists of 2 parts: the android app and the part of the server where the information will be stored permanently. Both will need to be worked on. It will be an APP for Android approved for android tablet, or any other that the company indicates. It may work in other versions, but each model must be homologated by our team before being put into production. APP It will have design mainly in the red and gray colors of the customer The app will consist of being an icon on the tablet, which when triggered; opens login screen and password in system (only once and ONLINE) This will allow to identify the users of the egroupware Opens a beautiful looking screen and two buttons, which select 2 companies (targeting different forms); Button 1 leads to a selection of states (where the company has presence - MA - GO - RO - MT - SP - PI - PE - EC - TO - RS - MG - BA - PA - AP) After selecting the state in a drow down menu, the form for filling is loaded, already with the state filled, due to previous selection) The form must be completed in full, and the record will be saved in APP OFFLINE Button 2 Rezende, same behavior as the Transrio button, however without the status selection box, and leading to a different form. A listing of records should be possible to navigate and detail each record. The listing has 3 states: APPROVED, REPROVADO WITH PENDÊNCIAS, REPROVADO. A selection can be made on one or more records to send the maintenance form by email from the tablet When Online (wifi) the app should send all records to the server (Qualys), via GroupDAV protocol, in the maintenance module, separating by companies. It has to have a logout button, and one to perform synchronization manually. SERVER In the server will be necessary to create the two forms, these will receive the data collected by the APP. You will need to create all custom forms fields; Release user access profiles that can receive the data; Homologate the Tablet
