I would like a website developing that resembles the list below 1. A service oriented site where a user wants a service and service providers can bid for the job 2. There can be many bids for a job. The customer and bidder should be able to communicate thru the website without personal details being disclosed. like a messaging app. 3. When a customer accepts a bid from a bidder then a payment is made and personal details are exchanged. 4. The website must be able to be edited by myself (hopefully joomla or something similar). I am an IT guy but not a website developer. 5. A customer should use his/her email as a login which is created on submit of job request. 6. I have a similar website I have seen that can be used as a template 7. No agencies please. I would like to work directly with the developer. 8. The administrator should have a dashboard where messages and users can be deleted. 9. when a job is entered by a customer all bidders should be notified where they can enter an amount or message the customer. 10. when any message is entered then an email should be sent to receiver as well as showing in chat history on website 11. A daily summary of jobs should be sent to bidders on a defined time period. Thanks for viewing this please let me know how you can do this and what tool you will use.
