Concept art and 2D sprite image for 3 characters = Photoshop PSDs

Hello, I need some 2d sprites of characters to be created for a video game that I'm working on. This job posting is for 3 characters. Please read full description for more details. The game will be shown in top-down view perspective (but a little on an angle), and so the characters will be seen from a side view, so only 1 sprite image will be required that will be flipped horizontally in the game engine. The character's arm(s)/weapon will also be seen from the side and also flip. This will rotate 360 degrees along with the character's arm(s) as the player aims with the mouse. (With the pivot point on the shoulder for example.) The sprites will Not be animated at this time. I will provide the description and any references I have to begin creating the character. You will provide: -1 concept image of the character in perspective view -1 concept image of the primary weapon in perspective view -1 concept image of the character using the primary weapon in perspective view -1 sprite of the character. There must be a separate layer group for the character's arm(s)/weapon which will be rotated 360 degrees in the game. When you complete the concept images, send them to me for approval. If they are not approved, I will point out the necessary changes. Once any changes are made and the concept art is approved I will give you instructions to do the sprite. I will work with you at each step to provide you with any information you need, feel free to send me any questions. I will require these images to be submitted as Photoshop PSD files with well organized groups and layers. * some characters will not have a weapon and only shoot energy from their hands * The bullet shots or energy shots are Not to be created, only the characters with the 360 degree movement of the arm(s)/weapon * The concept images can be more detailed that the sprite * The style of the sprite will Not be pixel art but a stylized complete figure seen from the side *A black outline must surround each sprite *The sprite base drawing, the black outline, and the color must be on separate layers in the PSD file for each sprite *You will Not need to create an alpha channel as I will do this later on
