Build a Website for food and nutrition's.

Our mission is to inform and educate the (primarily Indians ) public related to Food and health. We are close to launching our first products and are now looking for someone to help us create our multi-platform-friendly website. We have a domain registered and a basic idea of the content. Besides design it will require some coding. We want you to be someone who not only has an interest for but also am experienced in food, nutrition and cooking. We believe this is important in order for you to understand what we want to convey and to optimize the synergy of the website. In order to be considered for this job we expect you to tell us about your knowledge/skill level in this field. It is also important (a deal breaker) that you are available to (Removed by Freelancer.com Admin) with me on occasion as written instructions often are difficult to clearly explain and can easily be misunderstood. Another reason is that since my knowledge level in this field is very limited I may not have been able to include everything that is necessary for this job under skills needed. As we plan to develop the site over time we would prefer someone who is interested in a long term relationship. Someone who can amend and update the site and also teach us how we can do basic maintenance on the site ourselves.
