I need a php script that will run on a cron job. The object of the script would be to check the local DB for last run time then then query the data table for the rows added after that time. Then it would check to make sure that the images where download ok to the Amazon S3 server for each row based on the #of images in that row. if some of the images saved in error and can't be viewed to public it would then try to replace those images with ones from the remote server.

clean, fast. simple script in 30 rows of code, read, check and replace if needed. familiar with cloud systems, amazon is the easiest and the best, good choice :)
