We are looking for a focused and detailed oriented person to support the executive team. Candidates must have a high level of organization and follow through to achieve daily goals in assisting our executive team members. The role includes scheduling, organizing and supporting the executive team along with various administrative tasks that will facilitate the growth of the company. Key Qualifications: Previous experience as an administrative or executive assistant in an office environment Strong computer and cloud skills, Apple operating systems, Microsoft Office including Excel, Word and Powerpoint, Adobe Creative Suite, Photoshop and Google office suite are essential. Professional communication skills, both verbal and written Excellent organizational skills with a strong understanding of prioritization Ability to problem solve with minimal instruction: think and act proactively: and anticipate problems before they occur. Associates degree or higher Human Resources experience Travel planning experience and travel budget management Responsibilities: **Support the critical functions of the operations team by coordinating calendars, meetings, travel, expenses, and office management **Perform basic HR duties such as employee onboarding and orientation. **Responsible for managing office inventory and maintaining critical office supplies **Handle other duties as required. **Drivers License and the willingness to drive when necessary as well as to run personal errands if needed This is a full-time office hourly position w/ Paid vacation and sick leave available after 90 days of continuous employment Candidates should have at least 1-2 years of administrative support experience. I was a call center advisor and an ad hoc trainer for about a year and a half. I also worked with Etihad Airways as their GHC (ground handling crew) I was a freelance event organizer and appointment setter for an Australian based company for quite some time as well. I am the kind of person that is eager to receive commendations from customers/clients. That is why I make sure I do my 100% best in everything that I do and successfully provide customer/client satisfaction. I’ve handled several telecommunication accounts such as Virgin Mobile, Boost Mobile, and Sprint. With these accounts, I’ve used Oracle, Siebel, and CRM. I was also in charge of making presentations and reports for KPI for clients. I was also the one making training modules and exercises for newly hired agents and retakers. Aside from that, I am one of the people who are responsible for the social media accounts marketing of the company. When I was with Etihad Airways, I used SABRE and several booking software. Providing weekly report presentations and booking appointments were my main responsibility. That is why I most of the time use charts and timetables for tasks and objectives especially when I was with the events firm. I also did basic designs, photo editing, and video editing when I was still with the events firm. I can work with minimal to no supervision. As long as work to be made is clear and precise.
