Travel Booking Website w/ CMS

We're looking to hire a team to build highly secure travel booking website with a comprehensive back-end / CMS system. The main aim is to: 1) create trustworthy reliable website with impeccable design & aesthetics. 2) manage and control the products we offer, as well as service our customers from the system. 3) secure e-commerce. the modules we require currently are just, 1) ala-carte attraction tickets / excursions. 2) airport transfers. Bidders should practice stringent standards, and have excellent design skills. Requirements: 1) Design The design of website has to be intelligent, and look fresh, professional, clean and trustworthy. CMS itself has to be easy for our staff to navigate and use. The framework should provide easy options for us to upgrade or scale the project in the future. While the initial back end does not require any XML feeds, there is a high possibility of this should we upgrade the project. 2) Database plus Mailing List We would require registration component, where travelers are able to log in to book, review history, make changes or cancellation. Mailing List Plugin is compulsory to keep registered travelers up to date with our Newsletters, Promotions; Receipt of Travel Confirmation Vouchers after booking. 3) Solid E-commerce Booking Patform with Secure Payment System Travelers must have a travel shopping cart to add, delete or finally book the products immediately on a secure and flawless payment system. Travelers should be able to make payments with ease and feel safe doing so. Integration with our choice of Payment Gateway. 4) Search Box / Engine for Products Website must be designed to have the capabilities to run a search of available products on the front end for consumers. 5) Integration with Social Media API We would like customers to have the option of logging in with their FB ID as well and perhaps they can share products / purchases on the social sites through their log-in. The design is not limited to the above and certain specs maybe added along the course of this project. We're looking for a vibrant team of programmers & designers (preferably small to mid size outfits). We're open to ready made systems that requires tweaking. Team must be design-savvy and up to date with web design practices. We're willing to go beyond our budget should we find the right team. We hope to start immediately and finish this project within 1 month.
