Roulette game for poker website

Looking for a website which contains a white homepage with Black text saying "Purest poker" at top.

Next is a roulette game which is below the title or on another tab on website like the one in the pictures attached but white and black instead of red and black, the writing on the black sections must be white and the writing on the white sections black and finally the green tile green with white writing, must include all numbers from 1-36 with the green 0 tile.

This Roulette game which will be powered by FLASH software and all the mechanics must be functioning fully like a regular roulette game on any poker website.

Somewhere convenient on the website add "More coming soon"

Will pay more if website design is better than expected.

The overall theme for the website must be white signifying purity also.

I am trying to create a poker website eventually and any help would be greatly appreciated.
