Wordpress theme modification for real estate website

I will purchase this theme and give it to you. You will need to do the follow: 1) Set it up and install it like the demo but for Canada. 2) Remove the register link on the top left and replace it with an Add Property. This should taken them to the Property Submission page and allow them to enter the details of their property. After the user has clicked published property it should take them directly to a payment info page if they are currently logged in. Currently there is no payment info page, I will need you to create such a page. It will basically explain the charges to the user and then have a PayPay button that will take them to paypal to make their payment. After they make the payment it should bring them back to the website and display a Tank you message and a link to their listing. If the user is not logged in, it should ask them to login if they have an account or login via facebook, twitter, google+ or Linkedin (and should collect their info and create an account for them) or display a one page sign up form for them to create an account before sending them to the payment page. 3) You should integrate Facebook / Twitter / Google+ & Linkedin into the login on the homepage as well. I will also instruct you to put a few social media buttons in different places. 4) Remove all signs of wordpress. If a user put in an incorrect password or uses the forgot password feature it brings up the wordpress logo. Please remove this and replace it with the website's logo (dynamically from the settings). 5) Setup the translator for the theme and give me the file that needs to be translated. I will translate it into 3 languages and give it back to enable. Make sure any modifications you made are included and can be translated. Also note that I will need you to program the content of the listings to be auto translated with google translator or another plugin. 6) After all the above points are done. I want you to scrape all the listings from [login to view URL] and list them on the website with all the data correctly coordinated. Including property details, agent info, mapping etc. Start with a few listing, show it to me for my approval and then you can scrape the entire list. Also I would like you to mark these listings in the database and have a method where I can delete all of them in-case needed. Agents contact information for these listings should be blurred out and the user should be asked to login/signup to view this information. Point #6 is the most important point.
