Landing page / Small website for loan company -- 2

We need to design and code a langing page or maybe one page site) for site-to-be for a loan/pawn shop. Page contains: 1) animated banner (gif or flash) 2) Google map application (we need to display ~20 addresses on country map) 3) code a module that displays current spot (real time) gold price (there are some market indicators). price can be adjusted by simple formula (add/substract) 4) code a credit calculator that allow user to calculate how much he/she must pay for loan. calculator interface looks like a slider - pull a slider, see amount $ to receive and pay back. 5) We'd like to receive 3 (three) different versions of this landing page. then we will run usability tests and choose the best one. We are looking for a reliable designer and coder team for more extensive cooperation. after this project is done, we have 2-3 more to go, and after that we'll start to work on our corporate website. there some links to our competitors and samples how we'd like to have it done. please, see [login to view URL] for Gold calculator (#3). script takes spot price from gold exchange, then adjust price according given rules, then allow user to calculate how much money he/she can get selling gold to us. on [login to view URL] there are only 4 types of gold (probes). We'd like to have 10 (so it probably should be a dropdown menu). User chooses gold probe, indicates weight, and system calculates price he gets. please, see [login to view URL] to see how slider-calculator works (4). User selects a) loan amount to receive b) credit term (7, 14, 21, 30 days). based on given formula, script should calculate how much user should pay for the loan. we tried to design this calculator already but arent really happy with results.
