Build a Website Using Dreamweaver

Hello! I am launching my start up company this Fall and I am in need of a fabulous web site designer. I have rough sketches drawn up of what I envision for each page on the site (Home, About, Catalogue, Events, Contact, etc) and I will upload those and send to the chosen designer. But I am certainly open to creative input and suggestions from you, I welcome it actually. I'm basically looking for someone to work with me and help create a beautiful website. I will also most likely need your services on a regular basis to update the site and change some images to showcase our features and special events, etc. Please see below for more details. -My company is a publishing platform for works of fiction in just about every genre. So regular updates to the site will include posting our new releases on the home page, adding new titles to our catalogue list, etc. -I already have the domain guardianpublishing.ca. to be used. -For now, I just need a great website designer to create the site in Dreamweaver so that I can easily make changes myself or add new releases, etc. when I can. (if/when I have time. When I don't, that's when I'll be needing you) -I like the site for Clean Teen Publishing, maybe Google them so you can get a feel. (I don't want to copy their site lol I just like the way they have put it together) I like the idea, and would love to work it in to my site, of a flash banner on the Home page that flips through three feature items. -I'm attaching an image of my company logo to this job posting. I would like to have a flash video (or whatever you call it) when someone first enters our site into a search bar that just shows my logo but the pike man is on top and marches over to the opening and jumps down inside. Then it says "click to enter" or something. I guess that's it for now. Hopefully this information is enough to formulate a proper proposal and timeframe. So, please only send me a proposal if you have experience AND great samples to show me AND can provide me with what I'm asking for; a website and some moving features like a slide show banner.
