Photoshop template

We require 2 working templates showing black/ grey lines on a white background ready for the addition of colours and graphics. 1 of a drivers suit front back and sides (see sample below) and 1 of a race car to allow myself (limited Photoshop skills) and others others as required to add graphics and sponsors. I would like the template to show front, rear and side views and possibly 3D. With in the template I wish to be able via the layers isolate areas of the car such as F and R guards, F and R bumpers, roof, F and R doors or Bonnet so when showing potential sponsors our packages I am able to highlight or only show the areas available to them. The template will need to be scale accurate as I wish to once I have my clients sponsors finalized complete the templates into graphics and them have skins/ stickers printed from them and be able to have isolated areas printed for damage repairs. I am keen to hear thoughts on this project as this is a new venture my company is expanding into. I will be requiring further more graphic and web design/ Photoshop work as our current business is around sponsorship management and I wish to obtain the services of designers to utilize in our new venture further servicing our clients needs in designing of graphics for both stickers/ merchandise and online activities.
