COLORING unfinished line work

I need an Artist/Illustrator to color existing line artwork for a children’s book using Painshop or Photoshop or similar. This project is COLORING existing line work only, no original illustrations needed. I need to hire someone to color various pages of a childrens' book that the artist is unable to finish. Coloring must be done in digital format to match the existing pages that have been colored (finished page sample will be provided as well as color pallete.) Artwork must be returned as .psp or .psdd format with layers intact. Illustrator must color all areas of the illustration including the lines, then provide depth and texture with the use of blending lighter and darker shades of the main colors. Must use varying opacity for shadow and depth. Bidders will need to be competent with Paintshop, Photoshop or similar and working with layers. Must also own the software and equipment to do the work. I will pay for one page, as a trial, and if that is a good match to the existing pages then a further 10+ pages will be released.
