Quality caricature of person in Manga or Cel shading style.

Hi Guys, I'm looking for an artist create a single stylised illustration/cartoon/caricature based on a photograph of either a single male, female, or couple. The end product is going to be printed onto a canvas for hanging on a wall, so I'm looking for a full "picture". It can be black and white, single colour, or full colour. The conversion to illustration must be really capture the essence of person, but I'm really hoping for some creative direction.
