Develop a Google Map application

Develop a website with functions similar to [login to view URL] 1. The program will be in html/javascript. If backend language needed, it should be in PHP 2. The program pull data from an internet file. A sample is at [login to view URL] Please note, (1) the real data may contain 10,000 or more records (2) each record contains <title> and <address>, and a few other fields. For a given file (data set), the structures are consistent; but for different data files, except for <title> and <address>, others may change. The program should plot the map quickly, and should be able to handle different data fields. 3. Each record will be a marker on the map. When clicked, the marker will show a panel of more detailed information. 4. When zooming out, adjacent locations will cluster together (similar to the behavior of [login to view URL] ) 5. The map should take full screen (full page)
