Book on CrowdFunding/Business Laws

I am the owner of a handful of different legal websites, and I am looking for a lawyer or someone with legal experience to write an eBook on crowd [login to view URL] must have prior writing experience. Ebook should be approximately 75 pages with approximately 250-300 words per page. This ebook needs to be well researched and contain unique content. I would like many references/ examples to legal journals, JOBs Act documentation, etc. I will give you topics for each chapter, but here are a few I am considering now. I will work with you to customize the topics of chapters as well. Chapters may include 1.) steps to setting up a business legally 2.) legal issues when raising capital 3.) what is crowdfunding/ crowdfunding legal issues for raising capital 4.) other legal documents such as employment contracts, etc. 5.) what happens when you sell or shut down your business 6.) the cheap way to get legal stuff accomplished (topics like legalzoom). other topics to come. All should be based on US based laws. Please let me know your questions, experience, and timeline for getting this accomplished.
