I've been developing video games independently for around thirteen years now, with four spent in Unity. I handle all aspects of development, except for situations when I can justify bringing in a specialist (for example, I work with an audio guy on everything, and we also contract out to purely-art-focused people for certain projects). I do the programming (comfortable with both C# and JS in Unity), game design, level design, narrative, project/contractor management, and so on. "Full-indie," if you will.
Because of this, I can be as involved or as detached as you would like from the decision-making process of your game's development. If you want to run the show, you can just tell me what to do, but if there's anything you're unsure about, I can give you a reasoned and professional opinion about how to get the game to do what you want.
Note that without some more information about the project, it'll be tough to give you an accurate time-to-completion. My estimate of 14 days is based on a relatively simple mobile title - so depending on your project's needs, this might be overly optimistic. Please give me a ring if you'd like to chat about the project in more detail so I can give you a more confident quote!
Cheers,
- Eli
