MISCELLANEOUS TASKS NEEDED FOR TWO PROJECTS INVOLVING FUNDRAISING, WEBSITE DEVELOPMENT, PRESS RELEASES, ETC. -- 2

I need work done for the two efforts I have undertaken in the last several years. I will explain them below: The first one is a wildlife center located in New York State. It provides education on wildlife conservation and the environment to the public. It also takes in wild animals that need help and are released again back into the wild. It is also a permanent sanctuary for non-releasable wildlife as well as exotic animals which are privately-owned and born in captivity. This is an actual business incorporated by the state of New York as a charitable organization. It is nonprofit but not tax-exempt yet so we don’t have our 501(c)(3) status yet but will apply soon. This may be a problem for applying for many grants so I may put the grant writing off a bit. This business is already named Caring for Cottontails Wildlife Rescue & Rehabilitation, Inc. and the existing website is http://www.caringforcottontails.org. The second project is completely apart from the first one and involves advocacy efforts in protecting the opportunity for people to work with different animal species - especially since the voice of such people is being drowned out by the onslaught of wealthy animal rights groups and stifling government regulation. For this project, I need to raise a lot of money in order to put together a team to do the following: • Bring existing pending litigation to an end. • Organize for future litigation against two regulatory agencies. • Put together a team of attorneys, public relations personnel, and other experts to influence policy and help with litigation. This project is currently named “New York State for Exotic Animal Ownership”. However, I may change the name of it at some point, I’m not sure. Its current website which needs renovation is located at http://www.nysexotics.com. I’m looking for someone who has a creative edge to make websites that are unique and never seen before. Something that will grab the reader’s attention and make them want to look at more of the site and even donate and/or contact us. I have some ideas and I will provide them to the freelancers; however, the freelancers do not have to use them or may incorporate parts of them into their ideas. My needs are as follows for BOTH projects described in the previous paragraphs. They are listed in rank of importance with the first being the most important. 1. Fundraising 2. Logo and Brand Creation. 3. Stationary Design. 4. Written Business Overview and Detailed Business Plan 5. Pitch Deck 6. Website Design with Content & Optimization for both efforts described above. Therefore, there will be two distinct websites with multiple pages on each. 7. Cartoonist will be needed at some point. 8. Monetizing both websites 9. Social Media development, optimization, and monetization for both projects (wildlife center & advocacy effort). 10. Public Relation Strategy. 11. Press Releases and Articles (I need a freelancer with contacts/network in the media in the U.S. so as to guarantee publication of the press releases and articles. 12. Online Reputation Management 13. Marketing Strategy 14. Advertising 15. Investigation I would prefer to provide payment in a lump sum for the work done instead of an hourly wage. I find it unlikely I will find one person who has all of these skills, so I’m open to hiring more than one person. This site only allows for no more than five skills to be chosen, so I’ve included all of the skills needed for the above tasks.
