Flash Image Gallery Creator

I need something similar to the flash script found here: [login to view URL] I would like it so users can either plugin the url to the image or upload an image which will be saved onto my server. They should be able to type up a caption for each image and it is displayed at the bottom, like found here: [login to view URL] . There should be a next/previous button so people can easily navigate through the pictures and the pictures will automatically change after 5 seconds. If the budget is too low, please include your price in a PM. *NOTE: I am not using this for just me, I would like it so users who come to my website can create their own flash image gallery with their own pictures and then are given a code to put that flash image gallery on their myspace/website for other people to look at. This will require mysql work. Please do not send me premade flash galleries that will not work with multiple users.
