Flash Application Development with D/B Back End

Flash Application Development An application which has the features of taking ALL user inputs and generating a HTML email (template will be provided), with the following: The concept and design will be provided to you. You will do all the ActionScript coding, testing, etc. The application will record the audio response of the user to specific questions. The back end will be a database containing a set of questions which can be categorized and chosen before the application is fired up. The questions will also have a randomizer. The back end will allow addition/deletion/editing of questions. Questions will have the ability to be displayed in text form or be played as MP3 audio. The user responses can be chosen to be timed or non-timed. The database will have a field that allows the response time allowed for to be displayed as a count-down. There will be an audio beep at a preset time. Each of these variables will be question-specific. The questions can be presented as text, or can be presented as an audio file that plays. The back end will allow audio for each question to be recorded. Mixing of text and audio questions will be allowed. All the user audio responses will be saved in MP3 format (and text responses will be saved as formatted text, preserving paragraphs and punctuation) and will be attached to the HTML, and the following fields will be passed on to the email as well: the question in MP3 format and text format, time taken for the user response to each specific question. The deliverable will be a FLA file, as well as SWF and EXE for Windows XP/Vista, in addition to a user interface for back end, plus a user manual. Design will be provided in Illustrator format. Bid ONLY if you can do the Flash work and integrate it to a database end and provide us with an ADMIN module to add/delete/modify questions.
