High Quality Interface designing required

Require redesigning of our website rubaloy.com. Inteface should be 1024 x 768 in resolution centre aligned. Colour combination as observed in websites like [login to view URL] and www.amishigosalia.com. We need good styling for the site in such a way that the main product shown in the homepage is highlighted properly. Info & Links are the same as shown on current site. Website will be seen by our customers in Europe & USA so high quality, great colour combination and good styling for interface is a must. Styling shoul be simple, corporate, smooth graphics and should look very elegant and international. Only interface work required. File should be sent to us in PSD (photoshop) without watermark. Designer must be available n chat/mail/phone as and when required and has to be willing to make unlimited revisions. Work must be completed by Wednesday. ONLY BIDDERS WITH SAMPLES CAN BID, WE SHALL NOT BE REPLYING TO PEOPLE WITHOUT SAMPLES...OUR BUDGET IS 30-40$ We have another interface order to provide if this 1 is done nicely.
