66673 Fifty Pro Templates Needed

We are requesting bids at a low cost for 50 high quality, professionally produced templates. It is critical that you know how to create designs which are easily adaptable / changeable using CSS. Advanced knowledge of CSS is absolotely required! We want to be able to instantly change many of the colors in the design of these templates by changing CSS style, instead of going into photoshop. These templates should not have the small constrained areas that some photoshop templates do, which look good when they are first exported, but break into pieces when edited with a standard HTML editor. These templates should have a very "open" feeling, allowing the very easy addition of text and graphics, while still maintaining the overall feel. These templates should have 1, 2, or 3 columns where text and graphics can be easily inserted. For the CSS, each template should be broken into several areas or blocks with each of these blocks having at least one CSS class or ID. The primary concern is to to have excellent looking templates which are easily adaptable / changeable using CSS. Each template should have a graphical header section, a navigation, a bottom, buttons and individual features like text boxes etc. (We will be sending some examples on request via pmb). Templates should come with the html-file, css-file, fonts and all graphically source files (psd/fla for flash). Excellent knowledge of Flash and/or Swish a plus. We need exclusive rights for these designs, and the Templates should NOT have been sold before. Use royalty free images ONLY for the designs! We need templates for the following categories: 1) Open/Clean Style 2) Personal website 3) Small Business Style 4) Money Making/Profits 5) Religious/Faith Oriented (Mostly Christian) Templates should look good in the following resolutions: 800x600, 1024x768, 1280x1024 pixels. We will consider hiring a team with just one or two people, but a larger team of professionals has a much better chance! If we like the job that you give us, we will strongly consider you for many other graphics design jobs that we have. We need a minimum of 8 references from you (links posted using pmb) of work that you have done before! If you have no references, then don't even bother. Don't waste our time with stolen templates or redesigns of stolen templates! We know ALL the sources for templates already! Terms of projcet: Daily communication and providing of 3 templates minimum per day as fullscreen screenshot. Payment terms: 25% After acceptance of all samples (provided by full-screen screenshots) and sending of the first 15 templates. 25% After sending of the second 15 templates 25% After sending the third 15 Templates 25% After sending the rest.
