Entertainment Ecommerce/Networking Web Design

I am looking to design a music ecommerce / networking / entertainment/ education /resources site and looking for an OUTSTANDING team to build it. I need exceptional quality. The site's networking functions and look will be close to [login to view URL] but with ecommerce/ educational/ resources functionalities. I want the feel to be close to sites such as [login to view URL] because the site will be very thorough and needs excitement and color. Design must be very SEO friendly and space must be left for rotating banners. There will be about 100 pages designed plus or minus, each following the main template feel. I need logo designs, flash animations. Also each page will have a unique graphic depending on the page's subject matter. This is JUST graphic design for the webpage NOT programming. I need something exceptional. PLease look at the reference sites and let me know whether it can be done with exceptional quality design. It is an entertainment site, so quality of graphics is important. Please people with exceptional ability in Flash and Graphics Design apply. NOT looking for programmers just creative mid-blowing web designers. Paypal preferred. Again, if your web graphics portfolio is not exceptional, dont waste your time.
